Thank you Reply Jeff Auchter on December 5, 2016 at 11:04 am Good Morning! Thanks for your questions. We are working on the land development and hope to begin construction on the first villas and The Lodge in March 2017. Consequently, there is no model home open yet. We plan to have three furnished models which will be completed in mid-2017. Pricing has been established for our first 10 pre-sale homes. We currently have villas available from $224,900 to $278,900. Five of the first 10 have already been reserved. If you would like to set up an appointment to learn more, and visit our Preview Center, please call (919) 772-HOME. Thanks again, and have a great day! Reply Kimberly on December 13, 2016 at 10:05 pm Is this on old drug store road? Reply Judy on January 13, 2017 at 6:18 am Is this Wake or Johnston County? Reply Tapestry on January 13, 2017 at 12:55 pm Johnston County Reply Steven Lynch on February 20, 2017 at 4:18 pm We have been communicating with your Sales Person and are very interested in Tapestry Community. The plan we are interested in is the Paramount. We have a few questions. 1. Have you considered using a tankless water heater, they are much more economical, efficient and use less space? 2. Can a glass top electric stove be substituted for the gas range? 3. Can the be converted into a third bedroom? Reply Submit a Comment Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
